Providing funds to support this program

We gratefully accept sponsorship funds to support the horses as well as to support individuals who would benefit from the equine-assisted personal development programs but are unable to bear the full cost of participating.

Sponsor a Horse

Each horse requires basic care, regardless of if it’s actively engaged with clients. We have a herd of beautiful horses, most of which are now considered seniors. Almost all of our horses are between the ages of 18 and 29 years old.

As a horse ages, we often see additional care requirements and costs. From extra hay and forage options to special feeds providing high calorie and fat content, extra minerals and even occasionally daily medications, each horse requires a unique blend of care. An older horse often requires additional hoof care to maintain healthy movement, which in turn helps to prevent pain, stiffness and lack of mobility. Access to services from the veterinarian (including tooth care, vaccination, medicines, injury care and even chiropractic) all adds up, especially as a horse ages and we do whatever we can to maintain optimal health.

So, if you would like to help care for a horse, let us know. We are happy to provide a receipt (not charitable), regular updates, photos and visits to see the beneficiary of your generosity.

We welcome you to meet the horses by checking out their pages on our website, or join us as we walk into the herd to meet the horses.

Support people

While many people are able to invest in their personal development, some are not. Often, the people who benefit greatly from our progams are just those individuals that don’t have the means to pay. Our generous sponsors remain anonymous (unless otherwise requested) and funds are used to supplement participants. We do not fully sponsor anyone as we believe it is important that they have at least some financial commitment.
