A program designed for teenagers who have been living in the shadow of a family member who requires a great deal of attention.
Perhaps your teenager has a sibling with a grave illness, a demanding learning or physical issue, sexual identity crisis or transition. Perhaps a parent is struggling with change and the teen has felt unseen and unheard.
Although often not intended, these individuals often feel left out, neglected or simply not important. This program will provide an opportunity for self-expression, healing, developing healthy strategies for coping, connection and fun!

Part 2 – After a half hour break, we will move to riding activities that include haltering, grooming, tacking and riding horses. This is suitable for people with absolutely no previous horse experience through to seasoned riders.
