As the days grow long and warm, we will take time to relax, rewind and rejuvenate. Bring your yoga mat and join us for this wonderful experience.
We will meet and visit for a bit, then settle into our practice, taking time to breathe. Follow Donelda Laing as she leads us through a practice designed to support our wellbeing and mental health, featuring Reiki, Tapping (EFT) breathing, meditation and gentle stretching. All in the presence of the horses.
Movements will be gentle, and you are encouraged to work at your own pace. This is for you. After our practice is complete, we will gather to relax, share and just smile.
